Host Hotel:
The Holiday Inn Lakeview, Louisville North is our host hotel. This hotel has just underwent a $5 million renovation, including
flat screen televisions in every room, huge indoor heated pool and beautiful ballrooms. The hotel offers free parking and
an affordable buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner for your convenience. When making your reservation please mention

Coloring Contest (free):
Glamour Girls will offer a free coloring contest at registration for all the contestants. Winners will be announced at crowning.
Glamour Girls is the original (4) level national pageant. Your level is determined by your one highest cash prize you have
ever won at a national pageant, this excludes talent. Glamour Girls is the only national pageant that goes the extra mile to
level the Ultimate, Grand & Mini Supreme titles. What all of this means is you don’t have to worry about competing against
girls with more experience, you only compete against girls that are in your level for the top titles. WOW!! So what are you

LEVEL 1: won $0- $499 (not $500)
LEVEL 2: won $500-$999 (not $1000)
LEVEL 3: won $1000- $1999 (not $2000)
LEVEL 4: won $2000 and up
AGE GROUPS: (Girls)
(Girls) 0-23 months, 24-35 months, 3 yrs., 4 yrs., 5 yrs., 6 yrs., 7-8 yrs., 9-10 yrs., 11-12 yrs., 13-15 yrs., and 16-up years of
age. (Fall Back is age as of June 1, 2011)
National Beauty Competition:
Glamour Girls is looking for a contestant with a beautiful face and lots of personality. There will be national beauty winners
and 5 alternates crowned in each age group. The national beauty queen in each age division will receive a stunning 10”
national custom rhinestone crown, a fully rhinestoned monogrammed title banner, a box of gifts, national advertisement for
the year, an invitation to 2013 national in their honor and a $400 savings bond. All contestants will receive three (3) huge
prizes from our treasure chest. The beauty time limit is 75 seconds.
National Glitz Photogenic Competition:
Photos can be black and white or color. There will be a winner and 4 alternates in each age group. Please submit all
photogenic pictures at registration. Also please mark your child’s name on the back of the pictures and place the pictures
in their sleeves before you sign up to register. You may enter additional photos @ $20 each. Remember your highest
photogenic score from each judge can be used for the Ultimate Grand Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Pro Grand
Supreme and Novice Supreme.
National Natural Photogenic Competition (optional):
Photos can be black and white or color. There will be a winner and 4 alternates in each age group. Please submit all
photogenic pictures at registration. Also please mark your child’s name on the back of the pictures and place the pictures
in their sleeves before you sign up to register. You may enter additional photos @ $20 each. Remember your highest
photogenic score from each judge can be used for the Ultimate Grand Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Pro Grand
Supreme and Novice Supreme.
National Composite Competition (optional):
There will be 1 winner & 4 alternates in each age group. You may enter additional comp cards at $20 each. You may enter
additional photos @ $20 each. Remember your highest photogenic score from each judge can be used for the Ultimate
Grand Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Pro Grand Supreme and Novice Supreme.
National Print Model Competition (optional):
There will be a winner and 4 alternates in each age group. Print model is your best portfolio pictures. Print model may be
black and white or color. You may enter additional print model pictures at $20 each. Remember your highest photogenic
score from each judge can be used for the Ultimate Grand Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Pro Grand Supreme
and Novice Supreme.
National Interview Competition (optional):
We are proud to announce our 2011 interview competition. Contestants will wear their official Glamour Girls Best t-shirt and
white bottoms. Contestants will be scored on facial beauty and personality. Have fun in this event, your answer is not being
scored. This is close up appraisal. There will be a winner and 4 alternates in each age division. Remember your highest
optional score will be calculated for top titles.
National Swimsuit Competition (optional):
The swimsuit competition is judged on facial beauty and personality only. Remember this is not a pro am event. Upbeat
beauty music will set the stage. The time limit in swimsuit is 75 seconds. There will be a winner and 5 alternates in each
age group. Remember that the beauty score and the one highest event score will be added together for Ultimate Grand
Supreme, Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, Pro Grand Supreme and Novice Supreme.
National Outfit Of Choice Competition (optional):
The Outfit of Choice event is judged on facial beauty and personality. You may provide your own music or choose from
Mr. Tim’s list. There will be a 75 second time limit. Outfit of choice can be swim, casual, denim wear or whatever you like.
Choose something that shows your personality. There will be a queen and 4 alternates in each age group. Remember this
could be your one highest optionals score for the top titles.
National Mega Amateur Supreme (optional) (0-5 & 6 up)
Only open to contestants that have never won over $250 at a national pageant. This will be the contestant with the
highest facial beauty score. These lucky winners will receive a huge national 10” crown. Monogrammed banner and an $800
savings bond. This is for a true amateur contestant.
National Mega Supreme (optional) (0-5 & 6 up)
Open to contestants that have won over $250 in cash at a national pageant. This will be the contestant with the highest
facial beauty score. These lucky young ladies will receive a huge 10” custom crown, fully rhinestoned monogrammed title
banner, special gift and an $800 savings bond.
National Novice Grand Supreme and Pro Grand Supreme (0-5 & 6 up)
To qualify for Novice Grand Supreme you cannot have won over $1500.00 at one time in the past. To qualify for Pro Grand
Supreme you must have won $1501.00 and over at any one time. The Novice and Pro Grand Supreme will receive national
advertisement, a stunning 10” national custom crown, a satin monogrammed title banner, a special gift and a $800.00
savings bond. The Novice and Pro Title is determined by your beauty score plus your one highest optional score
which can be interview, glitz photogenic, natural photogenic, composite, natural, print model, swimsuit, or OOC.
(12) National Mini Supreme 0-5, 6-10, 11-up (in each of the 4 levels)
0-5, 6-10, 11-up (in each of the 4 levels) You are reading that right! (12) Mini Supreme Queens!
There will be (12) mini supremes crowned. The national mini supreme will receive a fabulous 10” national custom crown, a
rhinestone banner, a special gift, national advertisement, and a $1000 bond. The mini supreme title is determined by your
beauty score plus your one highest optional score which can be interview, glitz photogenic, natural photogenic,
composite, natural print model, swimsuit, or OOC.
(12) National Grand Supreme 0-5, 6-10, 11-up (in each of the 4 levels)
0-5, 6-10, 11-up (in each of the 4 levels) WOW! (12) Grand Supreme Queens!
There will be (12) grand supremes crowned. Best of all there is no additional charge to enter this category! The grand
supremes will receive a huge 10” national custom crown, a rhinestone banner, a fabulous gift, and a $1500 bond! The
grand supreme is determined by your beauty score plus your one highest optional score which can be interview,
glitz photogenic, natural photogenic, composite, natural print model, swimsuit or OOC.
(12) Ultimate Grand Supremes! (0-5, 6-10, 11-up) One in each of the 4 levels. Awarding $36,000 in bonds!
Yes, you are reading this right. This year we are proud to announce that we will be awarding (12) Ultimate Grand Supremes at
no additional charge to you! No other national pageant goes the extra mile to give back to the contestants like Glamour Girls!
The 12 Ultimate Grand Supremes will receive a outstanding 10” royal custom crown, fully rhinestone and monogrammed
title banner, a fabulous gift, and a whopping $3000.00 bond. The Ultimate Grand is determined by your beauty score plus
your one highest optional score which can be interview, glitz photogenic, natural photogenic, composite, print model,
swimsuit or OOC.
RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
• You may compete as of your age June 1, 2011 or you may move up one age group. Judges scores and decisions are final.
• Time limits on modeling: Beauty - 75 seconds, Swimsuit - 75 seconds, outfit of choice - 75 seconds
• Any display of bad sportsmanship before, during or after the pageant will result in disqualification with no refund
and you will be removed from our mailing list.
• Door admission is $30 for everyone except the contestant. You must wear your door badge to enter the ballroom.
• You must be on time for lineup when your group is called or you will lose 1/10th of a point from each judge.
• No cameras or video equipment allowed in the ballroom.
• A fter crowning, the national royalty will have pictures taken for promotional materials throughout the year.
• The deadline for entering the national pageant is January 15, 2012. There will be a $50 late charge for anyone who enters
after the deadline.
If you enter after the deadline please call Madonna at the National Office: (502) 457-3405 so that the proper paperwork
can be taken care of before the day of the pageant. First registered has choice of line up. If your child likes a certain place
in line up, get your form in early. We will accommodate your wishes dependent upon when your entry form is received. We
go by post mark.
• We now accept PayPal. We will only accept the $200 deposit via pay pal until January 15, 2012, remaining balances must
be in cash or certified funds at registration.
• Each contestant is required to bring (1) $5.00 gifts that must be turned in at registration. These gifts will go to the incoming
beauty royalty. You are welcome to bring gifts to your friends that are out-going royalty as well. Your child can present them
at the crowning ceremony themselves.
• We will not accept any checks. All balances due must be certified funds or cash. No refunds. We will apply any cash to the
following year.
• Levels are determined by the highest cash award actually awarded to your child at a national pageant. This excludes talent
or photo contests. You may not move up a level.
• We do not double crown any national titles.
• All photos must be turned in Friday night by the end of registration.
• New rule: We are proud to announce that Glamour Girls crowning will be in our official “Glamour Girls”
shirt and white bottoms. Yeah, No more dresses at crowning!
• We do not pressure you into entering extra events by adding points to your total. You choose what events you would like
to enter. We have a “no extra points” policy.
• Glamour Girls is looking for a beautiful girl with lots of personality.
• NEW THIS YEAR! Interview will take place Saturday before beauty. You will wear your official Glamour Girls tee shirt and
your choice of bottoms. Tee shirt will be white with light pink writing. Once interview is over, go change into your beauty
dress and come on back down for your beauty competition
